Terms & Conditions
If you are a racist, homophobe, terf or otherwise against any form of human rights - I do not want to work with you.
My art is NOT to be made into or sold as an NFT of ANY KIND. You may NOT profit off of your commissioned piece in any way unless we have discussed commerial rates.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason, and give the commissioner a refund.
I reserve the right to deny any commission requests for any reason.
My artwork is NOT to be used in any form of A.I. generation.
The commissioner understands that they will pay before any progress on the artwork begins.
I may use the art I create for any reasonable purpose. (Advertising commissions, portfolio, etc.)
The character(s) in my illustrations belong to their respective owners, the artwork belongs to the artist.
Artwork takes time, and a reasonable amount of time must be given to the artist to complete the piece.
I do not provide refunds after a piece is finished.
The commissioner may critique in the WIP sketch phase.
Any revisions made after the Lineart Stage will come at an additional charge.
Only the commissioner, or those involved may use the final image for personal use. If you plan to use the illustration for commercial purposes, we must discuss it beforehand!
The commissioner or others will not take credit for the final piece.
To re-upload the piece to FurAffinity, Twitter, DeviantArt, Facebook etc. is fine. However, Please upload a watermarked version to avoid theft of my artwork & credit me properly for the illustration work. A watermarked web-sized version of your image will be provided free of charge upon request!
Estimated Completion Time is 1-3 months. The faster you can provide feedback the faster I can make changes and get things ironed out! You can see my Workflow Below.
1. Invoice is sent / Payment Received
2. Initial sketch
3. Commissioner provides feedback / Approval of the sketch
4. Lineart
5. Commissioner provides Feedback / Approval of Lineart & Color
6. No Major Changes can be made to the overall character at this point. Any changes may incur an additional revision charge.
Colors can be changed without any charge though! c:
7. Shading
8. Final Approval of artwork.
9. Files sent via email, Dropbox, etc.
